At Ron Dorff, we aim for complete satisfaction; however, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form provided in your initial shipment.

Attach the pre-paid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or scheduled collection point.

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
